Day 1 - Getting to Hull for the Ferry
Toby turns up on time, no time for a coffee as Mrs C is ready to rock and roll earlier than planned! There was a little incident where Toby left his keys in the pannier and a kind van man pointed it out on the motorway - should have had a coffee.
A very good ride over to Hull, all motorway obviously but nonetheless we were all very excited to get out on the road again and begin the tour. We arrived at Hull at 4 and went straight through to board - dinking our 1st beer within 30 mins of landing in Hull!!
It was a very good night irrespective that Man U lost in the European cup to Spurs! We soon got over it, hit the sack and had a very pleasant crossing to Rotterdam, waking up at 7:00am to get ready for the ride to Liege.
